Connect Strava to Pelaris
Last updated
Connecting Strava lets your runs, rides, and other logged activities flow into Pelaris, so your coach sees the training you do outside the app and programs around it.
Connect
- Go to the Profile tab and find Connected Apps (also reachable from the plug icon in the top bar).
- Tap Connect with Strava.
- Choose whether to include private activities, the ones marked “Only Me” on Strava. Leave it unticked and they stay out.
- Approve the connection on Strava’s authorisation page.
Once connected, Pelaris imports your activity summaries: sport, date, duration, distance, and performance metrics. They show up in your training history and inform your program.
Disconnect
Same place: open Connected Apps, and disconnect Strava from its card. Imported history stays; new activities stop flowing.
If syncing stops
Occasionally a connection goes stale. Disconnect, then reconnect. If activities still are not coming through, contact us, we can check your sync from our side.

My activities stopped syncing. What should I do?
Disconnect and reconnect Strava from the Connected Apps section. If it still does not flow, contact us and we will look at your sync directly.
