A real AI fitness coach in Gemini

Pelaris is an AI fitness coach that builds and continuously adapts one training plan across strength and endurance. Connected to Gemini, it gives Gemini 29 tools over the open Model Context Protocol: 13 that read your training and 16 that change it, every change confirmed with you first.

Ask Gemini on its own for a workout plan and you get something sensible but generic, written from scratch with no memory of what you actually did. With Pelaris connected, Gemini reads your enrolled program, your logged sessions and your benchmarks, then writes changes back to the same program you open in the app tomorrow.

Open Connectors

In Gemini on the web, open Customise in the sidebar, then Connectors (on some versions, Settings, then Connected Apps).

Add a custom app

Select + Custom, paste https://api.pelaris.io/mcp and select Next. Name the app Pelaris and select Connect.

Connect your Pelaris account

Sign in to Pelaris, or create your free account, and approve the access you want to give.

Type @Pelaris

In a new chat, type @, pick Pelaris and say "Get me started with Pelaris".

Who can connect. Custom apps need a personal Google account, age 18 or over, Gemini in English and Keep Activity on. Google’s help still lists the US, and we connected Pelaris from an Australian Google AI Pro account on 29 Oct 2026, so try it wherever you are. Work and school accounts can’t add them yet.
