Two-way Garmin Connect integration
Keep your Garmin.
Add an AI coach that connects both ways.
Link Garmin Connect once so every run, ride, swim and gym session you record on your watch flows into Pelaris automatically, and send the next two weeks of your planned Pelaris workouts straight out to your Garmin watch calendar. Works on every Pelaris plan, including the free Beach tier.
Garmin Connect, connected both ways
Your Garmin watch is built to guide you through intervals and record every split. Pelaris is built to plan your block and adapt your week when life or recovery shifts. Connecting Garmin Connect links the two automatically.
Completed sessions arrive after every watch sync
As soon as your watch syncs with the Garmin Connect app, your completed run, ride, swim, strength or cardio session flows into Pelaris. When it matches a planned session on your schedule, Pelaris marks that session done with your real time, distance, heart rate, pace, elevation, laps and watch model (such as Garmin Forerunner 965).
Send planned workouts straight to your watch
Turn on Send planned workouts to my watch when you connect, flip the switch any time in Profile, Connected Apps, or tap Send to watch on any planned session card in Today, Train or Session Overview. Pelaris sends the next two weeks of your planned run, ride, pool swim, strength, cardio, yoga and pilates workouts to your Garmin Connect calendar.
Your watch updates when your plan adapts
When your coach adjusts Thursday’s threshold run after a heavy Tuesday or a poor night of sleep, Pelaris updates the structured workout on Garmin Connect automatically. Open any planned session in Pelaris to see its watch status: On Garmin Connect. Sync your watch to load it.
Zero duplicates with Strava, Polar or FIT imports
Already sync your Garmin with Strava? Pelaris runs every incoming workout through one merge gate. When the same morning run arrives from Garmin Connect and from Strava or a FIT file, they join into a single session on your timeline with both sources credited under the title, never counted twice.

What your coach does with your Garmin training
Marks today’s planned session done automatically
Finish your scheduled run, ride, swim or lift on your Garmin watch and sync with Garmin Connect. Pelaris matches it to your planned workout and fills in your real splits, laps, heart rate and device name.
Loads structured intervals onto your wrist
Warm-ups, target pace or heart-rate zones, work intervals, recoveries and strength sets land on your Garmin watch calendar so you can execute the session without checking your phone.
Adapts next week from what you actually did
If an unplanned long ride or a hard race replaces your scheduled session, Pelaris logs it from Garmin Connect and your coach adjusts your upcoming load around the real work.
Combines live sync with years of watch history
Pair the live Garmin Connect integration with a one-time FIT history import and your coach sees both today’s watch sync and years of prior training blocks on one timeline.
Bringing years of older Garmin history across
Garmin Connect syncs every new workout from the moment you link your account. If you also want to bring in years of Garmin training from before you connected, you can drop your historical FIT files into Pelaris in one go.
Everything, from your Garmin Account
- Sign in to your Garmin Account on the web and open Data Management, then Export Your Data.
- Choose Request Data Export. Garmin emails you a download link when it is ready, which can take a few days.
- Open the export and find the DI-Connect-Uploaded-Files folder inside DI_CONNECT. It holds your original activity files.
- Drop the files into Pelaris under Profile, Data, Bring your history across.
One activity, from Garmin Connect
- Open the activity in Garmin Connect on the web.
- Choose the gear icon, then Export File. Garmin downloads a small zip with the .fit file inside.
- Open the zip and drop the .fit file into Pelaris under Profile, Data, Bring your history across.
Every step, with what comes across and what does not: import FIT files into Pelaris. Stuck on a file? Import FIT files from your watch lists every message you might see.
Your data stays yours
- Pelaris imports workout summaries, splits, laps and your device model, never your GPS route or map.
- FIT files are read in memory on our servers and then discarded.
- Your training data is never sold or used to train AI models.
- Connecting your watch, importing history, and exporting your data back out are all free.
