Connect Pelaris to ChatGPT
Last updated
Pelaris is an app in ChatGPT. Add it once and ChatGPT can read your program, log your workouts and reshape your week with you.
Connect
- Open ChatGPT and go to the Plugin Directory, from the sidebar or from Settings. Or skip ahead with the Try Pelaris in ChatGPT link on our ChatGPT fitness plugin page.
- Search for Pelaris and open it.
- Connect, then sign in to Pelaris (or create your free account) and approve the access you want to give.
- Back in ChatGPT, say: “Get me started with Pelaris”.
If you are new, ChatGPT asks a few quick questions and hands you a link that opens your new program in Pelaris. If you already train with us, it picks up your current program.
What to ask next
- “What’s my session today?”
- “Log yesterday’s session, 5x5 back squat at 100 kg.”
- “Why is today easy?”
- “I am short on time. Swap tonight’s lift for a run.”
