Use Pelaris in your AI assistant
Last updated
Pelaris works inside the AI assistants you already talk to. Connect it once and your assistant can read your real program, log your sessions and adjust your week, all in plain language. Same account, same program as the Pelaris app.
Your first message
Once you are connected, start with:
Get me started with Pelaris
New to Pelaris? Your assistant asks a few quick questions about your goals and training, then hands you a link that opens your new program in Pelaris. Already training with us? It picks up right where you are.
Pick your assistant
- ChatGPT: Connect Pelaris to ChatGPT
- Claude: Connect Pelaris to Claude
- Grok: Connect Pelaris to Grok
- Gemini: Connect Pelaris to Gemini
- Le Chat (Mistral): Connect Pelaris to Le Chat
- Another assistant: if it lets you add a custom connector (it may be called an app, a connector or an MCP server), add this address:
https://api.pelaris.io/mcp
Each assistant sets its own rules on which plans, countries and ages can add a custom connector, so check its settings if you do not see the option. Pelaris itself is for people aged 16 and over.
Signing in
When you connect, your assistant opens a Pelaris sign-in page.
- Sign in, or create your free Pelaris account.
- Review what the assistant is asking to do, and approve it.
- You land back in your assistant, connected.
Things to ask
- “What’s my session today?”
- “Log my run: 5 km in 27 minutes, felt strong.”
- “How did my training go this week?”
- “Swap today’s squats for something I can do at home.”
- “I tweaked my calf on Tuesday. Adjust the rest of my week.”
Every answer comes from your real training data, not a guess.
Your data
Access is scoped: you approve what the assistant may touch. Our privacy scrubber removes personally identifiable information from everything that crosses the connection, and your data is never sold. More in how Pelaris handles your data.
Disconnect
You can disconnect from either side:
- In Pelaris: open Connected Apps. Your assistants are listed under AI Assistants. Tap one to disconnect it.
- In your assistant: remove Pelaris from its connector or app settings.
Your training history stays in Pelaris either way.

If something goes wrong
If sign-in loops or the assistant says it cannot reach Pelaris, remove the connector and add it again. Still stuck? Contact us and we will look at it from our side.
