How to reset your password

Forgot your password

1. On the sign-in screen, tap Prefer a password? Sign in with email and password.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Tap Forgot password?
4. If an account exists for that email, a reset link lands in your inbox. Open it, set a new password, and sign in.

The reset email comes from Pelaris. Check spam if it is not in your inbox within a couple of minutes.

If you normally sign in with Google or a magic link, there may be no password on your account at all. Those methods still work, use one of them. See ways to sign in.

Change your password while signed in

1. Go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap your name at the top to expand your details.
3. Tap Password, then enter your current password and the new one.

Passwords need at least 8 characters, with a letter and a number.

Locked out completely

If no sign-in method works, contact us from the email address on your account and we will sort it out.
