Restore purchases on iPhone or Android
Last updated
A paid plan is attached to your Pelaris account, so on most days there is nothing to restore. This article is for the other days: a new phone, a reinstall, a store account change, or a plan that shows as Beach when you know you are paying for more.
First, check the account
Sign in with the same email you used when you subscribed. A different email is a different Pelaris account, and a new account looks like Beach because it is new, not because your plan is gone. If you use several sign-in methods, ways to sign in to Pelaris explains how they map to one account.
Restore on iPhone or iPad
- Make sure your device is signed in to the Apple ID you bought the plan with (Settings, then your name at the top).
- Open Pelaris, go to Profile, then Plans.
- Tap Restore purchases at the bottom of the screen.
Your plan appears within a few seconds. Restoring never charges you; it only asks the App Store to confirm the subscription you already have.
Restore on Android
- Make sure the Google Play app is signed in to the Google account you bought the plan with.
- Open Pelaris, go to Profile, then Plans.
- Tap Restore purchases.
If you subscribed on the web
There is nothing to restore. A web subscription lives on your Pelaris account, not on a device. Sign in on your phone with the same email and the plan is there. If you subscribed only a minute ago, give it a moment and pull down on the Today screen to refresh.
Still not showing
Do not buy the plan again. Email hello@pelaris.io from the address on your account with a copy of your receipt (from Apple, Google, RevenueCat or Stripe) and we will fix it on your account directly, usually the same day.
