Your free month of adapting

Pelaris does not run a trial with a clock on it. Instead, every new member gets the whole experience on us, and Beach brings a fresh program about every six months. This article explains what that includes and what happens at the end of the month.

What you get

• A full AI program. Tell your coach about your sport, your goal, your week and your gear, and it builds a complete program around them.
• A month of your program adapting. The first two weeks of your program are written when you build it. Your coach then adapts the next two weeks to you, ahead of time, from what you did: the sessions you logged, your RPE, your check-ins, and any workouts that arrive from Apple Health or Health Connect. Those weeks are written for you, not picked from a shelf. Any starter sessions before your program begins come on top.
• No card. You do not enter a payment method to start, and nothing charges you when the month ends.

Everything on Beach is free forever on top of this: logging and tracking, full history, every chart, PR detection, benchmarks, the weekly debrief, CSV export, your fitness and health connections, the coach conversation, and Pelaris in Claude and ChatGPT.

When your month starts

With your program. The adapting happens for you automatically, ahead of the weeks it covers, usually about a week in. There is nothing to start and nothing to switch on. Beach includes a fresh program about every six months and a body scan about every three, each program with its own free month of adapting.

What adapting means

Most apps hand you a program and leave it alone. Pelaris keeps writing it. Each time it adapts, it looks at what you have done, how hard it felt, and what is coming up, and writes the next weeks to match. That adaptation is the part of Pelaris that costs real money to run, which is why it is the part the paid plans keep going.

When the month ends

Nothing is taken away.

• Your program stays, along with every week that has already been written. Keep training and logging against them for as long as you like.
• The weeks after that show as previews of your full program, so you can see where it is heading. They unlock when you choose a plan.
• You can keep training in the meantime: repeat a past session, or log your own, any day.
• Your history, charts, PRs, benchmarks, export and the coach conversation carry on, free.
• Adapting pauses. Your program stops adding new weeks until you choose a plan.
• Beach still includes the occasional fresh program and body scan. If you ask for one before it is available, the app shows you the date your next one unlocks.

You will see a note on your Today screen as the month winds down, so the end is never a surprise.

Keep it going

Two plans keep your program adapting:

• Pelaris Ocean brings a fresh AI program every month, an AI body scan every month, and always adapting. AUD 15 a month, or AUD 120 a year.
• Pelaris Horizon removes the limits: unlimited programs, unlimited body scans, always adapting. AUD 20 a month, or AUD 160 a year.

Founding members

If you joined Pelaris before general availability (Spring Tide, 1 October 2026), none of this applies to you. You are a founding member: every feature, on every platform, free, forever, with no month to keep track of.
