Track your PRs and benchmarks

How PR detection works
There is nothing to switch on. When you log a strength set, Pelaris checks it against your history for that exercise straight away and picks up two kinds of record: a new estimated one-rep max, and a new best weight at that exact rep count. Warm-up sets are excluded, so records only ever come from your working sets.
When you finish the session, your records, your estimated one-rep max, and its history are written up for every exercise you trained.
Where benchmarks live
Benchmarks are your headline numbers: loaded lifts such as bench and squat, endurance tests such as a 5k or a 2k row, skill maxes such as pull-ups, and body measurements. Add them during setup or at any time after. They update on their own when you beat one in training, tagged as tested or estimated so you always know which is which.
Seed your baselines
If you already know your numbers, put them in early. Benchmarks are what the coach calibrates loads and paces against, so a few seeded values make your first program specific to you rather than generic.
