How Pelaris handles your data

Pelaris is built privacy-first. Short version: your data exists to coach you, personal identifiers are scrubbed before AI processing, and you can export or delete everything yourself.
What we store
What you give us while training: your profile and intake answers, planned and completed sessions, benchmarks, body scan results if you use them, and your conversations with the coach. It is the raw material your coaching runs on.
How AI coaching uses it
Your programs and coach replies are AI-generated from your training context. Before anything reaches AI processing, personal identifiers are scrubbed. The AI reasons about your training, not about who you are.
Your controls
- Export: download your full history as CSV, any time. See export your training data.
- Delete: remove your account and everything in it, permanently, from inside the app. See how to delete your account.
