Get the Pelaris apps for iOS and Android
Last updated
Pelaris runs on the web, on iOS, on Android, and inside ChatGPT. They are all the same account and the same program, so pick whichever suits the moment.
Install the app
- iPhone and iPad: get Pelaris on the App Store.
- Android: get Pelaris on Google Play.
Search for Pelaris: AI Fitness Coach if you would rather find it in the store yourself.
Sign in with your existing account
Open the app and sign in the same way you do on the web: Continue with Google, a magic link sent to your email, or email and password. Full detail on each is in ways to sign in to Pelaris.
Use the same email address you already use and everything is waiting for you: your active program, logged sessions, benchmarks, body analysis, and coach history. There is nothing to import or transfer.
Everything syncs
Changes flow both ways automatically. Log a set at the gym, open the web app that evening, and it is there. Reschedule a session on your laptop and your phone shows the new week. Logging also keeps working when the gym has no signal, then syncs once you are back online.
The features page covers what the coach does across all of them.
Add the ChatGPT plugin
If you use ChatGPT, you can reach the same coach from a conversation: install Pelaris from the ChatGPT Plugin Directory and connect your account. Steps and example prompts are on the ChatGPT fitness plugin page, and every other assistant we support is listed under integrations.
If something looks off
You cannot sign in. Check you are using the same email address as the web app. A different email creates a different account, which will look empty because it is new rather than broken.
You do not see your program. Pull down on the Today screen to refresh, and check your connection. If the program still is not showing after a refresh on a good connection, contact us and we will look at your account directly.
